Yes, I finally acquired the pics. Not many of them turned out, but here are three of the better ones.  Branded Cow.  The hair on my arm burnt off from standing too close to the fire as I ran the irons. And finally, the payoff.  Yes, those are Rocky Mountain Oysters. Tags:

I see that they’re using a calf table. We do, too - and electric irons.

The JB iron is electric, the horizontal slash across the top is not. And the de-horning irons are also heated in the fire. Yeah, the calf table seems to be much more humane than other ways I’ve seen of branding cattle.

Thats not a very good brand, Closed latters aren’t even allowed in Canada but you seem to do it strait and fairly clear. Post a comment
