Found the above great photo sheet as I was plowing through the crap on my desk as I prepare for the opening of the show next week.

4. Assemble art into frames: 9

5. Create marketing materials

6. Blast email

7. Print marketing materials

8. Notify events calenders

9. Mass mailing

10. Consult with Burley’s Mercantile about music/food/ other logistics

Had the marketing material printed already.

Update: The show will not be March 2nd due to a miscommunication with the folks at Burley’s. It will be April 6. More on this tomorrow.
