I wrote about the ongoing drive to build a performing and arts center in Missoula before. Sounds like it’s still in the tentative works. From The Missoulian: The Missoula Community Performing Arts Center still might come to life on the Riverfront Triangle. Mayor John Engen offered the planned $60 million project a reprieve and some Missoula City Council members a surprise with an announcement Monday that a developer had expressed interest in the site - and favored reserving land for the cultural center.
